1. Orders
When you order a product from HTM Distribution AB it involves simultaneously approval of our public terms.
By ordering a product from HTM Distribution AB over internet there is an stringent purshase agreement after HTM Distribution AB made an order confirmation by e-mail. The confirmation shall contain ordernumbers, confirmation of which products that have been ordered, delivery date, the total price including product and shipping charges. The order confirmation should be saved for ev. further contact with customer service or invoice control. All phony orders will be reported.

2. Price
The prices will be maintained in real-time at www.htmd.se and will be showed on each individual productpage. The right is reserved to change the published specifications and prices of products at any time. All prices are in Swedish Kronor (SEK) Prices do not include any sales, excise, local, city, state or other similar taxes, and such taxes may be added for shipments to some locations. You are responsible for and agree to pay all such applicable taxes. We endeavor to accurately describe every Product offered for sale; however, mistakes can sometimes be made. Any typographical, photographic or specification error in Product description, pricing or offers is subject to correction and verification. In the event a HTM Distribution AB product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, error in pricing information or other error.

3. Payment
Orders inside of Sweden: Shipping cost will be added if so it will be shown on each product page. If not the shipping cost is already included in the product price. Orders outside of Sweden: Depending on where the delivery is going to be, an additional charge will be added. Invoice payment will be done within 30 days from the invoice date. On delayed payment we add an delay fee of (120 SEK)and a delay interest of (12% per month). We don't offer online credit card payment or cash on delivery.

4. Delivery
Each product on HTM Distribution AB have an individual time of delivery. An approximate delivery time is found on each productpage. The products (licenses) will normally be delivered by e-mail (no delivery charge) and in some cases with mail through a postal office.

5. Return policy
Downloaded Software is NOT returnable or refundable. Products that are activated phones, CDs or software that is provided in tangible form (i.e., not Downloaded) that are returned unopened with the product seal unbroken, or any other Products in original, undamaged condition may be returned within 10 days of purchase. 6. Privacy
We respect your privacy and obey the strict privacy rules of the European Union. We don't sell, rent or give out your name, address, email address or credit card data. We don't send spam email.

7. Repurchase
No repurchases on software, the licenskeys are adaptep for the customer only.
